Transparency

Job searching is tough. You find an opportunity, apply and nothing happens. You interview and don’t hear anything.

Finding the right candidate is tough. Been close to hiring someone, but they decline the offer? Think you’ve found the perfect person, but they take a counteroffer?

Something could be better. Let’s talk about it.

Accountability

People often identify themselves with their job. You have to love it. If you don’t, you can change it. Put in the work, ask for help, and be open to criticism.

Your team is ready for another employee, it will make your life easier. Let’s commit to open communication to find the best person for the job at hand.

Compassion

There’s no better feeling than assisting someone reach their ultimate goals or helping a company find their unicorn/purple squirrel.

It takes time, but when you’re passionate about the process and keep a positive outlook, anything is possible.

Respect

There’s a fine line between confidence and cockiness.

It’s important to be proud of your accomplishments but with a bit of humility.

In the service business, time is money - productivity is important.
